Article 1 – Scope

These general conditions of sale (CGV) apply to all orders placed on the site www.auroyaumedamira.com, owned by Bodycare SAS, by individual customers acting as consumers.
Any order implies the customer's full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, accessible at any time on the site.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product delivered. Some products are reserved for adults (18 years and over).

Article 4 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros including tax (all taxes included).
They do not include delivery costs, indicated before final validation of the order.
Bodycare SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoked on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.
The products remain the property of Bodycare SAS until full payment of the price.

Article 5 – Order

The customer places an order directly on the site. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The order is confirmed by email. Bodycare SAS reserves the right to cancel or refuses any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, non-payment or an address deed incomplete.

Article 6 – Payment

Payments are made online via secure platforms: Stripe, Alma, Klarna or PayPal.
The site uses the 3D Secure protocol.
Banking data is never stored by Bodycare SAS.
The title appearing on your bank statement is “Bodycare”.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 working hours and shipped via Colissimo (relay, home or with signature).
A tracking number is sent to the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination or in the event of force majeure (strike, bad weather, etc.).
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, Bodycare SAS cannot be held responsible for delays or losses.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their sealed packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
The customer must report any defect within a reasonable time. In the event of proven non-compliance, the product will be exchanged or refunded.

Article 10 – Responsibility

Bodycare SAS cannot be held responsible for indirect damage that may arise as a result of the purchase.
Bodycare cannot be held bindable in the event of an error in entering the delivery address by the customer or inappropriate use of the products.

Article 11 – Personal data

The information collected when ordering is intended for recording, processing and tracking the order.

Article 12 – Intellectual property

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact customer service as a priority for an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
